Germany blames Russia after explosive-laden drone found near Ukrainian cargo planes at major airport

German authorities closed Russia's Bonn consulate after determining that Russia was responsible for a drone carrying explosives found at Leipzig/Halle Airport. The airport is a major cargo hub where Ukrainian aircraft operate. No casualties or damage to aircraft were reported from the incident.
