Arte Moreno era officially over as Angels sell to Rams owner Stan Kroenke for $4B

Stan Kroenke agreed to purchase the Los Angeles Angels from Arte Moreno for over $4 billion. The sale price is the highest for an MLB franchise to date. Kroenke, who owns the Los Angeles Rams, Denver Broncos, and Colorado Rockies, becomes the Angels' new owner. Moreno had owned the team since 2003.
