Suspect in custody for strangling Massachusetts woman to death in her home is Brazilian illegal immigrant

Flavio Alcantara Dias was taken into custody after calling 911 and reporting he killed Brianna Connolly in her Framingham home. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement stated Dias had been released under the Biden administration following a prior encounter.
