Bus journeys in west of Scotland to be capped at £2 from Monday

First Minister John Swinney announced that bus fares in the west of Scotland will be capped at £2 per journey beginning Monday. The announcement was made as part of his programme for government. Swinney also announced plans to reduce health boards from 14 to two.
