Waymo and Zoox expand into more U.S. markets as robotaxi race heats up

Waymo announced it will launch autonomous vehicle services in three additional U.S. cities. Amazon's Zoox subsidiary plans to begin testing operations in two more U.S. markets. Both companies are expanding their robotaxi operations as multiple firms develop autonomous vehicle technology for passenger transportation.
