Judge to decide if Tyler Robinson will go to trial in Charlie Kirk murder case

Utah District Judge Tony Graf Jr. will hear arguments regarding evidence introduced in July to determine whether probable cause exists for trial in the shooting of conservative activist Charlie Kirk. Kirk was shot in 2025. The hearing will decide whether the case proceeds to trial against defendant Tyler Robinson.
