Veritas Capital to Buy UK’s Bodycote for £1.65 Billion

Veritas Capital agreed to acquire Bodycote Plc for approximately £1.65 billion after increasing its offer. The deal value equals roughly $2.2 billion. CVC Advisers Ltd had previously made a bid for the company.
