Jollibee Picks Hong Kong Over US for International Unit Listing

Jollibee Foods Corp., a Philippine fast-food company, announced it will list its international unit on the Hong Kong stock exchange instead of pursuing a US listing. The company had previously planned a US share sale for the division. No date for the Hong Kong listing has been announced.
