SQM-Codelco Venture Maps Path to Higher Lithium Output in Chile

Chilean mining companies SQM and Codelco announced plans to increase lithium output from their partnership by more than 70%. The companies did not provide a specific timeline for the expansion. Both firms are state-linked entities operating in Chile's Atacama region, which holds the world's largest lithium reserves.
