Bryan Kohberger's new lawyer says key questions may soon get answers in court

Bryan Kohberger withdrew his guilty plea in the November 2022 deaths of four University of Idaho students. His new legal representation indicated that court filings scheduled to be submitted would address questions raised by the withdrawal. Kohberger had initially pleaded guilty to four counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin. The case is pending in Latah County District Court.
