Creature dubbed 'Syracuse Figure' spotted in New York: Is it Bigfoot or an elderly skinny-dipper?

Matthew Moneymaker, head of the Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization, stated that a figure spotted wading in an Onondaga County pond measures approximately 4 feet 9 inches tall. The sighting occurred in Syracuse, New York. No confirmed identification of the figure has been made.
