Trump Plans to Seize Direct Control of Venezuela’s Oil Reserves

President Donald Trump announced that the United States has reached an agreement with Venezuela's interim President Delcy Rodríguez regarding Venezuela's oil reserves. According to Trump, the arrangement gives the US control over more than 65 billion barrels of oil "through a partnership with private business." Bloomberg reported the announcement.
