Major soccer governing body nixing FIFA's mouth-covering red card mandate for future games

UEFA announced that players covering their mouths during Champions League and Europa League matches will receive yellow cards instead of red cards. FIFA had previously mandated red cards for the violation. The rule change applies to future matches under UEFA's jurisdiction.
