Zoox robotaxi redesign brings big rider upgrades

Zoox, an Amazon-owned autonomous vehicle company, unveiled an updated robotaxi design featuring no steering wheel, bidirectional driving capability, and what the company describes as comfort upgrades. The vehicle is pending approval from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Zoox did not specify a timeline for regulatory review or deployment.
