Itochu Set to Take Dentsu Soken Private in $1.3 Billion Deal

Itochu Corp announced a tender offer to acquire Dentsu Soken Inc for approximately 1.3 billion dollars, which would remove Dentsu Soken from public markets. Dentsu Soken is currently listed as a subsidiary of Dentsu Group Inc. The transaction would eliminate the parent-subsidiary listing structure between the two companies.
