Family sues after 6-year-old girl dies when badminton racket shaft pierces skull

A New Jersey family filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Franklin Sports, alleging the company sold a defective badminton racket that struck and killed 6-year-old Lucy Morgan in Maine. The lawsuit contends the racket's shaft pierced the child's skull. Franklin Sports has not yet responded to the complaint.
