Aon Nears Deal to Buy Insurance Brokerage From KKR, WSJ Reports

Aon is in advanced negotiations to acquire USI Insurance from KKR & Co. for approximately 17 billion dollars, the Wall Street Journal reported. The deal would combine two major players in the insurance brokerage sector. Terms of the transaction have not been finalized.
