20 years later, a new dispute emerges over a notorious D.C. killing

The estate of Robert Wone filed a claim stating that former defendants in a wrongful-death suit have not made agreed payments designated for a scholarship established in his name. Robert Wone was killed in Washington, D.C. in 2006. The case centered on his death at a home in the Dupont Circle neighborhood, and three men were charged in connection with the incident.
