DAVID MARCUS: Woke Virginia tears down statue of Geneva Convention pioneer

A statue of Hunter Holmes McGuire was removed from Richmond capitol grounds. McGuire was a Confederate surgeon and physician who played a role in developing what became the Geneva Conventions' framework for battlefield medical care during the American Civil War.
