Democratic Socialists of America leader says ‘many’ in group would be 'thrilled' at AOC in 2028

DSA co-Chair Gustavo Gordillo said on Thursday that members of his organization would be "thrilled" if Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., ran for president in 2028. Gordillo made the statement during an appearance on MS NOW. Ocasio-Cortez has not announced any presidential campaign plans.
