Gen Zers quit their jobs to start a pickle company—now it’s valued at $8.5 million

Leah Marcus and Yasaman Bakhitar founded Good Girl Snacks, which produces pickles and reached a valuation of $8.5 million. The company was built using what the founders described as Gen Z branding strategies. Both founders left previous employment to start the business.
