iCON Infrastructure to Buy Northern Fiber in Rescue Deal

iCON Infrastructure is acquiring Northern Fiber Holding GmbH, a German fiber-network operator previously owned by UBS Asset Management, according to lenders finalizing the transaction. Northern Fiber's lenders pursued the sale to avoid insolvency proceedings. UBS Asset Management had held ownership of the company before the transaction.
