Judge Again Denies Trump’s Request to Move Hush-Money Case to Federal Court

Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein denied President Trump's request to move his hush-money case from New York state court to federal court. Trump was convicted in 2024 of covering up hush-money payments. Hellerstein's ruling was the second denial of Trump's motion to transfer the case to federal jurisdiction.
