Former Disney Channel star alleges she was sexually abused at 14 after being told to ‘bond’ with employee

Raquel Lee Bolleau alleged that an adult employee sexually abused her at age 14 on a Disney Channel set. Bolleau stated that Disney Channel personnel encouraged her to spend time with the employee to "bond" before the alleged abuse occurred. Bolleau did not identify the employee by name in her initial allegation.
