DLSS 5 leaked and modders are putting Nvidia’s AI effects on everything

Modders extracted code for Nvidia's DLSS 5 AI upscaling technology from an early-access build of NBA 2K27 and began applying it to other games including Skyrim, Cyberpunk 2077, and GTA V through modifications. Members of the RenoDX modding Discord channel made the discovery, according to reports. DLSS 5 is Nvidia's upscaling technology that uses artificial intelligence to enhance image quality. The extent of Nvidia's response to the unofficial distribution remains unclear.
