Federal judge again blocks Trump's mail ballot order just before midterms

A federal judge issued a two-week injunction blocking President Donald Trump's mail-in voting executive order ahead of midterm elections. The order prevents implementation of the directive during the period leading up to the midterm voting date. Trump had issued the executive order as part of his administration's stated policy on mail voting procedures.
