Judge blocks Pentagon blacklist of Anthropic as supply chain risk

A federal judge blocked the Pentagon's designation of Anthropic as a supply chain risk, preventing the Department of Defense from restricting military use of the company's Claude AI system. The Pentagon had prohibited the U.S. military from purchasing or using Anthropic's products. The ruling allows Anthropic to continue supplying its services to Department of Defense entities.
