Dentsu Soken Receives Buyout Offer From Itochu; Shares Rally

Dentsu Soken Inc. announced it received a proposal from Itochu Corp. to acquire the company at ¥2,880 per share. Itochu, a trading house, made the offer to take Dentsu Soken private. The company said it will consider the proposal.
