Trump Plans to Mark 9/11 at the Pentagon, Not Ground Zero

President Trump will mark the 25th anniversary of September 11 at the Pentagon instead of Ground Zero in New York. The 9/11 Memorial & Museum does not permit speeches at its site. Trump's initial plan was to speak at Ground Zero before organizers informed him of the restriction.
