RevMed’s Pancreatic Cancer Pill Priced Above $475K per Year

Revolution Medicines received U.S. approval for Rasonque, a once-daily pill for advanced pancreatic cancer, and began distributing it on Wednesday. The drug has a list price of $475,000 per year. Rasonque targets RAS, a mutated protein present in most pancreatic cancers. The approval marks one of the first medicines to broadly target this protein mutation.
