ICE Deports Venezuelan Colonel Accused of Human Rights Violations

ICE announced on Wednesday the deportation of a Venezuelan colonel who was accused of involvement in torture and repression of dissidents during the Nicolás Maduro government. The colonel was deported to Venezuela according to ICE's statement.
