Rep. Castro: Dems Will Win Because 'Trump Is Not Popular in Texas'

Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-TX) said on Thursday on MSNBC's "State of Play" that Democratic candidates will win the midterms because President Donald Trump "is not popular in Texas." Host Peter Alexander had begun asking Castro about Democratic electoral prospects when Castro made the statement.
