Exclusive: GOP Rep. Harshbarger Introduces Bill to End 158-Year-Old Federal Ban on Home Distillation

Rep. Diana Harshbarger of Tennessee introduced legislation allowing adults 21 and older to distill spirits at home in small quantities for personal use. The bill would repeal the federal ban on home distillation of spirits. Harshbarger is a Republican member of the House of Representatives.
