Boater was drunk, dancing before Boston Harbor crash that killed 24-year-old former soccer player, DA says

Lawrence Shieh was operating a stolen boat in Boston Harbor when it struck a moored vessel, killing Elizabeth Dankert, a 24-year-old former Union College soccer player, according to the District Attorney. Shieh was allegedly dancing with his hands off the wheel moments before the collision. The District Attorney characterized Shieh as intoxicated at the time of the incident. Dankert died in the crash.
