Taiwanese Brokerage Yuanta Taps Banks for $1.3 Billion of Loans

Yuanta Securities Co. and its subsidiary are seeking up to NT$42 billion (approximately $1.3 billion) through two syndicated loans, according to Reuters reporting. The Taiwanese brokerage is working with banks on the financing arrangement. Yuanta is Taiwan's largest brokerage by assets under management.
