Trump administration’s pay cuts for migrant farmworkers ruled illegal

A federal judge in California ruled that the Trump administration lowered wages for migrant farmworkers in violation of federal law. The administration had stated the wage reductions were intended to offset effects of its immigration policies. The ruling was issued Wednesday.
