Salesforce, Anthropic expand partnership as Benioff responds to ‘SaaSpocalypse’ concerns

Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff announced an expanded partnership with AI company Anthropic, stating "We're delivering a dynamic interface that thinks, reasons, and acts." The partnership aims to integrate Anthropic's Claude AI technology into Salesforce's software platform. Salesforce previously invested in Anthropic and has been integrating Claude capabilities into its customer relationship management tools. The companies did not disclose financial terms of the expanded partnership.
