Fed, NASA and DOJ among victims of China hacker group: Court documents

Federal agencies including the Federal Reserve, NASA, and the Department of Justice were among organizations whose networks were targeted by a China-based hacker group, according to court documents. The same group also targeted networks operated by hospitals, telecommunications providers, power companies, financial institutions, and defense contractors, the filing stated. The court documents did not specify the extent of any data access or breach at these organizations.
