SEEING DOUBLE: Second Dan Sullivan advances, setting up bizarre Alaska Senate ballot

Dan Sullivan Jr. advanced from Alaska's primary election to the general election ballot on August 20, 2024. His father, incumbent U.S. Senator Dan Sullivan, also advanced to the general election. Both candidates will appear on Alaska's November 2024 general election ballot, which uses ranked-choice voting. Alaska's Division of Elections confirmed both candidates met the threshold to advance.
