Philadelphia man in 'Chucky' mask accused of terrorizing citizens nabbed in Las Vegas after manhunt

Zymire Hughes was arrested in Las Vegas following a manhunt that began in Philadelphia. U.S. Marshals located Hughes at an apartment complex after reviewing surveillance footage. Hughes had allegedly fled Philadelphia and traveled through multiple states before his arrest.
