Garmin’s new Fenix 9 adds brighter screens and smoother map panning

Garmin introduced the Fenix 9 smartwatch line with a 3,000-nit display, double the brightness of the previous model. The 43mm base model starts at $999.99 and includes 50 percent more RAM than its predecessor. The watch features an upgraded map engine that enables faster map panning.
