‘Darth Vader’ Wants You to Know He Definitely Supports Flock Surveillance

Anthony Ralphs appeared at a San Diego City Council meeting dressed as Darth Vader to oppose the council's support for Flock, a license plate reader surveillance system. Ralphs stated his opposition to the technology during public comment. The San Diego City Council had previously voted to support Flock's deployment in the city.
