Deadly measles outbreak hits Northeast as state records first deaths in 35 years

Two unvaccinated Lancaster County residents died from measles, according to Pennsylvania health officials. The deaths mark the first measles fatalities in Pennsylvania in 35 years. As of the report date, 393 confirmed measles cases had been recorded in the state.
