Spanish government says sorry to people of Ceuta for migrant crisis

Spain's government issued an apology to residents of Ceuta following a mass migration event in late July that left several thousand migrants in the North African enclave. The migrants crossed from Morocco into the Spanish territory during the incident. Ceuta remains home to the migrant population as of the reporting date.
