Dreame’s dream of a rocket-powered car is dead

Dreame, a Chinese vacuum manufacturer, discontinued its automotive division after government funding ended, according to CarNewsChina. The division, called Project Starry Sky, previously employed over 1,000 people and retained only a small number of legal and human resources staff as of the report date. The company had aimed to develop passenger vehicles as part of its expansion into broader technology sectors.
