Dangerous debris washes ashore before beachgoer makes another troubling find

A beachgoer at Manasquan Beach in New Jersey found needle plungers and drug paraphernalia the day after the beach reopened following a cleanup operation. The beach had been closed to remove syringes that had washed ashore. The discovery occurred after officials had already conducted a removal effort at the location.
