State Dept: Cuban Foreign Influence Operative Detained, Pending Deportation

Carlos Antonio Lloga Dominguez was detained by U.S. authorities, according to a State Department announcement on Wednesday. Lloga Dominguez had been living in the United States for more than a decade. The State Department stated he worked as a foreign agent for Cuba. He was detained alongside his family and is pending deportation.
