Shadow Lender Cholamandalam to Sell Largest India Perpetual Bonds by a Non-Bank

Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Co. plans to raise up to 20 billion rupees through perpetual bonds, according to Reuters. The issuance would be the largest perpetual bond sale by a private financier in India.
