Iowa Asks Supreme Court to Uphold State Immigration Law

Iowa filed a petition with the U.S. Supreme Court to challenge an appeals court decision that blocked a state law criminalizing illegal immigration. The lower court had previously blocked enforcement of the law. The case is pending Supreme Court review.
