Rare signed Picasso print stolen from gallery turns up in vacant apartment years later

Pablo Picasso's signed etching "Torero," appraised at up to $50,000, was discovered in a vacant Milwaukee apartment during an eviction. The print had been reported stolen from a gallery. A landlord found the work while inspecting the unit.
